If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at hi@bellorinijewelry.com. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

We accept returns within 10 days of your purchase. After this period, we’re unable to issue refunds.

To be eligible, your jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that customized or discounted pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Each item will undergo a quality inspection upon return. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that appear worn, altered, or damaged.

Special orders and international purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
